B&M Stores Planning to Open in Amesbury 1

After months of rumours, speculation on the location and follow job vacancies posted on the B&M Stores job pages the Chamber has learned that a planning application has been submitted to local planning authorities for the conversion and use of the empty Focus DIY store on London Road, Amesbury.

B&M Stores was founded in 1978 and opened their first store in Blackpool. Selling a variety of products at discount prices B&M has grown to over 350 stores nationwide and currently employs 13,000 staff.

    It will be good to see a B& M Store in Amesbury we go to the one in Warminster a lot and it will be so nice to have one in Amesbury
    and to see the old Focus store and ground being used and not going into more decay.
