Quiz Night, 23 April, The George
What a fantastic evening – with a packed room “St George”, the official quiz master, started proceedings with a few warm up questions designed to kick-start the grey matter! Dingbats was a particular favourite as it tested everyone’s metal. With 90 people attending and 22 teams competing, it was a hotly contested event… so after much deliberation and a double check on marking, The Maybees came out on top. Congratulations to Amesbury Visual Arts (The Maybees) on their well deserved success. Thanks go to Jim Johnston, John Richardson and Alex Spencer for organising the evening.
